As your doula, I am by your side, holding space for you & your wishes at the centre, championing your dreams, bolstering your self-confidence and nurturing your self-advocacy. I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of birth choices & experiences, in varied locations: planned labour ward hospital births, homebirths, caesarean births, freebirths (planned without a medical professional), birth in a birth centre, 'high risk' births in hospital and planned at home, as well as Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (at home & in hospital). I've had the pleasure of working with clients in Chichester, Arundel, Horsham, Portsmouth, Winchester, Southampton and some of the beautiful places in between. With me, you find an approachable, non-judgmental confidante who embraces all paths and honours your choices.

Full Birth & Postnatal Support Package £1650*

Your birth package is a treasure trove of support and services.
Antenatal Meetings: Before the big day or night... (or planned caesarean birth), we'll have at least two in-depth meetings, each lasting around 2 hours. These sessions are all about you, your needs, and your questions.
Unlimited Support: During your pregnancy, feel free to text or call me whenever you need. I'm your 24/7 emotional support, starting from 38 weeks of your pregnancy (or even earlier if necessary).
Postnatal Support: Two postnatal visits, each lasting 2 hours, to ensure your transition into parenthood is as smooth as can be. We'll chat about your priorities, concerns, and any worries you might have.
Sign-posting to info: No judgment here—just solid, evidence-based information and emotional support. You can discuss subjects like optimal positioning during pregnancy and labour, create birth and postnatal plans, and explore your options.
Library of Knowledge: Access to my extensive book library, covering everything from pregnancy and birth to postpartum recovery, baby care, breastfeeding, lactation, specialised subjects like induced lactation and broader matters in general, infant sleep & parenting. There are even some handy video links in there too!
Water Birth Essentials: If you're considering a home water birth or simply want to relax in a big bath during late pregnancy, I've got you covered with a birthing pool and accessories. (You'll just need to grab acquire your own liner.)
Comfort and Versatility: Experience comfort during labour with a CUB birthing stool, inflatable and perfect for home or hospital settings.
Baby-Wearing Expertise: Explore babywearing with my extensive sling and baby carrier collection, and enjoy a week's free hire.
Encouragement Galore: Throughout this journey, you'll have my unwavering encouragement and reassurance.
Connecting You: I'll help you find local antenatal and postnatal services, from classes to complimentary therapies.
Feeding Support: Get ready to feed your baby or babies, whether breastfeeding / chestfeeding / lactation, exclusively pumping or planning to formula feed with my assistance in education, and ongoing support.
Extra Touches: Looking to add a personal touch? Consider extras like a Parent/Mother Blessing or assistance with remote or in-person healthcare appointments.
